Stalker client Authentication failed retrying

-Android box
-Kodi 16.1
-followed tutorials and entered my username /password (donation number
-reset mac
- changed last number to the mac then did a reset
-restarted Kodi
-keep getting the error

any suggestions
greatly appreciate it

I thought we got this running before? Why did you reset the MAC? What are your first six alphanumerics in the MAC? What portal address are you using?

we never got it running . ( not all Kodi 16.1 have PVR Client under My Add-Ons . had to reset box uninstall and install via play store , That had PVR Clients and enabled SC and got this far

I reset the mac because I tried a few things to make it work

I'm having the same problem for a week now! i even deleted kodi TWICE.....and reinstalled it....same problem....i just loaded stb emulator and now I'm getting some stupid Authentication in which the window doesn't work....ive tried my donation number AND my order number but you cannot click the okay button....i was about to buy a dream link t1 or a mag254 but i bet ill get more errors on either one of those boxes as well....about to throw it all in the trash and sell my donation to someone else

I haven't found anyone with a good installation, an active account, a non-interfering ISP and all credentials properly added that couldn't get it going. In my estimation, the STB is the most problematic of the avenues.

It is always the donation number as username and password. That doesn't vary.

yes 1 number is 13 digits (random number)
other I think is 6 digits (also random number)


I am not sure what the STB is ?

How do I rule out interfering ISP? I would imagine this is a common error
and only certain adjustments will resolve it . Let me know what the adjustments are and I'll keep trying until it works

I have been through configuring stalker client many times impossible to have the wrong username and password
if I am using what was given to mec
can someone see my IP and or MAC address hitting a server somewhere

or some log we/I could pull

same issue here, using iptv stalker on kodi and always give IPTV authorization error.
