They do, but you'll get any word here as quickly. If the mods can't help, they will refer you to the same place... info @ papaio.tv for donation/payment issues.

i changed mine to 11 instead of the 1....still said stb is blocked ...rebooted about 6 times .even unplugged a couple times and still no go so i just left it unplugged it and used my main tv provider for a few hrs then tried my mag again and all is good now so it looks like they fixed whatever the problem was ....anyway im of to bed guys have a good one and good luck

the same here it keep showing the message STB is blocked call the provider

many users complaining about the same issue, the mag just come on and says stb blocked, restarted many times without success,

Please follow this steps to get your STB working again:

1) Make sure that your mac address is linked to a valid and active donation number. If it is not yet linked use the following form:

https:// papiao.is/main/search_nfps

2) Make sure that you are using the IPTV Portal URL:

11.iptvprivateserver.tv

If you don't have a valid and active donation number you can get yours through our website:

IKSPRIVATESERVER.COM

3) Unplug your STB from the power, wait 10 seconds, plug it again and turn it on.

If you still experiencing issues while connecting to the IPTV Portal please send us a photo of your MAC address, it should be located at the bottom of your MAG / AVOV STB or visit our support forum: Do not post the photo but send to info @ papiao.is.

left my Mag unplugged all night, powered it up this morning and message is gone ( for good i hope ) dont know if its what i did or it was rectified on thier side but all good now

This is what I did as there was nothing wrong with the way my stb was setup. Went back to the email that they sent originally then clicked on add mac address ( which I had done originally) well guess what it wasnt there lol so I put it back in and now it works... really hope they can fix that.

It work for me I just add the http://11.iptvrocket.tv and went to the donation page and change the mac address to lower case and now is working!!!

are you connect through wifi or ethernet? did you use wifi mac address or mac address underneath the box?

Since when does a MAC ID differ when it's WIFI or Ethernet ? It identifies the computer, it shouldn't matter one bit how you access the Internet.

you use the mac of the device giving you your channels or streams...when using a comp w/ emu or stalker, you're spoofing a box mac, thks..
