Does NFPS have an offical forum where we can get first hand info, i have tried all above and am still blocked, donation active Mac registered.... yada yada yada!
I also rebooted the modem!!If it helps!!

Please follow this steps to get your STB working again:
1) Make sure that your mac address is linked to a valid and active donation number. If it is not yet linked use the following form:
https:// papiao.is/main/search_nfps
2) Make sure that you are using the IPTV Portal URL:
11.iptvprivateserver.tv
If you don't have a valid and active donation number you can get yours through our website:
IKSPRIVATESERVER.COM
3) Unplug your STB from the power, wait 10 seconds, plug it again and turn it on.
If you still experiencing issues while connecting to the IPTV Portal please send us a photo of your MAC address, it should be located at the bottom of your MAG / AVOV STB or visit our support forum: Do not post the photo but send to info @ papiao.is.
