Hard to tell for me. I usually only watch a few channels like History, H2, DIY, discovery(shark week right now) & NFL network; & only H2 out of those have changed much in terms of quality. BUT, the History channel & discovery is alot more reliable than what it was. Not as much buffering issues. NFL network on the other hand has got worse. Not talking quality, but reliability.
