you can try this too take it to friends house it may work at his and one last thing try different cable and port on your router reboot router and the turn on avov

If all that don't work contact the reseller and exchange it for a new one
Because that can also be a firmware issue but try what asft said first.

Thanks all your guys helping me out yesterday try different things and your patience. I follow David link below flash firmware and able to do 5 minutes setup. I'm up/running.

i have the same problem here its seems that the box doesn't connect to the mickyhop site so you can download the iptv app

server setting not available

Looking at the setting menu I don't see server button on mine. My build number is 1.0.8 and demo show v1.0.7. Is there software need update on the box first?

hi - were you able to fix it? i did a factory reset and the box is directly connected with wired ethernet and it does not connect to server setting (does not show server settings on settings). can any one help me.

First, it's not good form to post the same question in many threads. Try not to do this in the future.

Second, make sure you have put the correct MAC from the device into the donation checker. If you did start with a factory reset and let the box update properly, you should be able to see the "Server Settings" from "Settings" and then click OK. There you should be able to enter the Server URL, click on the "Use Credentials" box, and enter your donation number.

If you still are having issues, start your own thread.
