I tried this method and it failed. I tried using the first three segments of a generated mac and my last three - failed. Tried using .........................
Asked on here and got shot down, for apparently being inept at reading simple instructions!
If that is aimed at me, which I believe it is, then I was rewording your comments: "If you can not make sense out of basic instructions I dont know what to tell you"
Could you please add a sticky to the main forum that states that 'If you arrived at this site for help, do not expect it without being kicked in the balls first'.
The PC MAC is 6 segments - xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx but you are saying use the standard three segments, then add another three (from six). I think is the bit that people are not getting; I for one.
the first 3 sets of MAC digits (prefix) are the devices Identifier.
00:1A:78 is for the stalker or the emulator applications.
If using one of them applications then you must use that prefix.
You do not use the MAC from the actual device, weather it be a computer or another IPTV receiver.
The Stalker needs the 00:78:1A prefix
Then the last 3 sets of digits can be almost anything, but use the last sets from your device or use an online MAC generator to generate a working MAC addy
with the generator below, set the prefix and set the format and then generate a MAC, then link that MAC to your Route number.
Then enter it onto your Stalker app and try to connect.
Code:

You see, with them stalker or emulator programs, you do not use the MAC of the device, you use a MAC with a prefix that the Stalker and the server recognize.
Now the other MAC prefix is 00:79:1A and that is strictly if you are using an Avov receiver or a Mag receiver or a Dreamlink T1 receiver.
The server website is giving you that error message because you are trying to use your PCs MAC addy, which is wrong.
That MAC addy has a prefix that the server and Stalker do not recognize.
Thanks Crazed. I did try this, but that was the attempt that gave me the error that I had too many attempts, so I hope that I can hit this in one go once the 24 hour counter gives up.
I appreciate your help and I hope to enjoy better times on here, once I actually know what the hell I am doing. Kudos.

When you get locked out so do we. if you are using a emu then there is a section for help on that. If a receiver then there is a section here for that also.
Support was able to restet my MAC and I have entered the required MAC for emulator and now I am back to my original issue where screen is stuck at loading state after entering authorization code and password
