It asks for my Donation Client and Route.

I have my server address and My login credentials which is my Donation # I thought. I believe I am missing something simple but I can not seem to get past this screen.

which info goes in these fields? Thank you all!

-donation client # would be from a reseller, and must use this if bought from a reseller.
-Order ID would be the 16 digit Order number.
-email would be your email and of which the order was made.

can use either Order ID or Email


Route # is the 13 digit number and is also the username and password
