I have a Donation with 151 days remaining and the account shows as inactive. It is on a AVOV TVonline and was working. Cannot edit in the inactive status.
This is so frustrating . Once donation goes inactive and if a mac is linked to it then mac gets banned too. Happend to my friend twice withing 1month. This is on going thing for everyone . Is papiao taking any steps to solve the issue?

Happened to me too. I never share information and I don't use IPTV stalker, my info is for only 1 box and somehow I got blocked. I sent in email with no response so far. I get a message "Your box is blocked by server. Please contact service provider." They need to fix their system if it's blocking people who aren't sharing. I thought the password was suppose to stop pirates using fake mac addresses.
