Hi
I have a Rocket donation on STB Emu. When I start the portal, it says, "Your STB is blocked. Call the provider MAC:00:1A:79:xx:xx"

I have renewed the donation and reset/updated it, but it is still doing the same thing.

It is affecting two devices in my household.

Please help!

There been others having had similar issues recently.
A VPN may work.
or
Regenerating a new Donation code at the rocket website and then matching that to your device's setup and then performing a reset at the website may help.
or
Remove the MAC address at website. Exit the window and then go back in and re-add the MAC again and do a reset thereat the website too.

Power cycle your device as well.

I have tried all that but it still does not work. It is also affecting one of my customers at a different location and different ISP.
Does a donation have expiration dates after purchase?

if you dont have panel then they come pre activate and will show you an expiration date. but if you have panel then donation code stays in your panel and has no expiration date. once you activate then you will have an expiration date. you can active one at a time or multiple at a time.

I do have a panel for activation. Each one shows that they have more than 160 days until the next renewal. They must look into this issue on their end.
 
I tried that and it still doesn't work

I am using Stbemu pro. Is there anything in the setting that I am missing? It was working before and all of a sudden it stoped working.

Please help!!!!

Unfortunately I have no experience with the Stbemu application.
Are you able to create another MAC for that STBemu ?
