Renewing donation

ok folks I had my donation run out last night So I went to the web and renewed the donation .... Question is do I have to do anything or should the box just start working immediately ... I am getting that my ip add has been blocked ........ Do I have to reset my mac add or have to wait 24-48 hours for it to come back on Thank You !!!!!!! u guys rock !!!!!!!

go to the service website and use the donation status option found there

Thank you Crazed I went there and it claims there is 365 day left...... But I am getting a message that the ip has been blocked contact my subscriber

okay try this...

Power off the Device and go to the server website and change that last few digts of the MAC address to some random digits and save as that, (digits can be, 0 thru 9 and/or A thru F)
Then perform an IPTV Reset there at the website and exit the site.
Unplug your router for 30 seconds then plug it back in.
Then wait about 10 minutes.
Then go and replace your original MAC address and another reset
Do not power up or connect the Device just yet.
Wait about 10 minutes again.
Then power up and check for results.
Ensure your device has recognized the internet connection.

Pretty much the same is happening to me, but I cant login to Server website to change the last few digits. It seems I cant remember my password. So the I go to the "forgot password" and I enter my email to obtain a new password.
Im still waiting for the email.
Can you help
