Renew Payment Help

Yesterday I went to my local bitcoin ATM and scanned the QR Code I was given at checkout. Inserted cash and got a receipt BUT I forget to right down the receipt number. This is the first time I use Bitcoin to renew so I was not sure if I was doing it right. My sub expired today and don't think my payment got through. I emailed support but I have heard back. Can anyone direct me on how I can sort this out?

I just got an email with my order confirmation.
Looks like it takes 1-2 days to process when using bitcoin.

Maybe with a bitcoin ATM.......if you had a bitcoin wallet it only takes 30 40 minutes to receive your order.........
