Renew my donation

Hi, my donation has just finished last August. I was unable to renew my donation until now. What are the steps? Do i need to do all the procedures again? Or only buy the code and change in my settings?

After a donation has been expired for 30 days or more, it can no longer be renewed. You must make a new donation.

This means that i cant do a reset, I need to make a new order?

Yes, that is what my second sentence indicated. Why would you do a reset with an expired donation? A reset is only useful with an active donation. If you meant "can't do a renew," that is correct. You cannot renew.
