I'm trying to set the time on Kodi 16.1. It says settings-appearance-international
Under the default line it is supposed to have a line for region and country.
My Kodi doesn't have it.
Where can I set the time on Kodi? I need that for PVR settings.

You could try to reinstall 16.1 over your current install and see if that sorts out the country issue. The bottom of that same screen has Settings level from Basic to Expert, and it increases options you see.
You don't really set time in Kodi, it's done in the operating system of the host (windows, android, etc.).

I don't know what to tell you about missing the region in settings>international. All it does is let you change from 12 to 24 hour clock. You can't actually set the time from within Kodi, you have to do that in the operating system.
I guess you would need to do a fresh install. That should give you the settings back.
You can save the userdata directory so you don't lose all your library settings and addons and copy if back over after you reinstall.
