If you are in Comcrap (you know the X-finity provider), you need to use a vpn. It will remove the freezing. I have country lock, and downloaded NordVPN as an app in my dreamlink t3. I open the nordvpn, connect, then return to channels and the stream is flawless. Without the VPN, its constant freezing every 5-10 seconds. My suggestion, use nordvpn usa servers and you won't have any more issues.
