Question about "device ID mismatch"

Can someone explain to me why the following is happening?


Android box with KODI 16 RC3 , pvr.stalker.nfps-android-arm-j.zip addon installed . setup everything , restart the box and all is working , channels loading fine no problems . Restarting couple more times to be sure and every time loading nice.
Bring this box to a customer, hook it up , and get device ID mismatch.?????? .

I dont recommend using 16 until the bugs are worked out. Stalker.NFPS generates a serial no. and maybe it is generated using unique internet address as part of the s/n generation. ie; move the box, get a new s/n generated, and therefore device ID mismatch!. This is just a speculation, since I do not use this version.
Recommend using Native PVR.Stalker client and Stable Kodi 15.2, Native client requires you to input device id, and will not change if relocated.

This was tried on 15.2 and getting this now and then since last week, Now it's completely stating Device Id Mismatch. IPTV reset was done 3 times and Change port as well still no joy. Also unable to change mac address within papioa ,,keep getting a message that Unable to Update Mac address. If this problem doesn't solve by tonight I'll be emailing paypal to achieve my refunds and go and try another provider

When you get device mismatch you have to do a iptv reset bud.

I did , but after every restart the error comes back

Change the MAC Address and you should be good. MAc MAC is probably tied to a session and the session is tied to the IP. You moved the box to a new IP so you may need to change the MAC.

Well ... i use the build in stalker now and that don't give me the problem
