Problem with Mag 254 "Your STB is not supported"

I have just purchased a New mag 254. (running Version 0.2.18-r14-254) The Box is purchased from AMAZON.
I have a valid Subscription, the portal has worked for 1 month and suddenly I received the following message: " Your STB is not supported " with a red point "Reload Portal"
Any suggestions please
