Problem with DLite

I set up a new Dreamlink DLite today. Live Tv works well, but when I try to go into VOD, and I press the VOD/Live button on the remote, the portal reloads. This happens each time I do this. Anyone else experiencing anything like this. I would like assistance to see how can this be resolved. Thanks.

nope i just tried mine goes to vods no problem when i click mine from live it shows side bar then vods tried it 4 times maybe update box and reboot dam fine little box and did you try vod by side bar first to see if that works
