Problem inputting mac address in New subscription

So I got a new subscription when I log into my panel on papiao website I can do iptv reset ,change country, lock or unlock internet provider but when I input mac address for my box it will just go blank white screen won't load and when I log in again mac address spot is still blank ...I tryed inputting a different mac address to another box still the same won't save mac address in bar

Tryed it still the same i even Tryed to change mac on a different account and it won't let me there either I even tryed leaving it blank on both accounts and nothing...is there a system problem going on?

seems to be an issue with the system.
I have just been testing this and getting same results.

You could email papiao to make them aware of this. Include the fact that a staff member had tested this with same results.
