With Rocket, the Client/User does not have that option at the Rocket/papiao website.
With NFPS , the Client/User does have that option and I believe iptv66 does too.
BUT, there is always a but
But I can get your Rocket portal changed for you. I would need your credentials to log on your code, send to me in private message.
Rocket has only two portals, so it's the one or the other and yes you can get it changed back too, anytime, long as I am online to help with that or Ryu can get it done for you too

I Got It Working Crazed. I Deleted The Mac Address From The Papiao Site And Hit Apply. Then Retyped The Mac Address Again And Hit Apply And All Is Well
