got a donation on portal 5 but portal seems to be down. Anyone else having this problem?
I can't change portal because I'm using generic playlist with options. please help

Have you tried an IPTV Reset? Usually a single portal is not "down" unless it is being blocked by the Internet provider.

Portal 5 is working with Kodi and Stalker except the EPG isn't loading, just blank where the channel info should be

That is an EPG issue and should be addressed in the Kodi > EPG subforum. You can try clearing the guide data, shutting down and restarting Kodi to see if that addresses the issue. If you need further assistance, post in the aforementioned area and specify the guide you are using.
