Portal loads then no channels

I have 2 Mag 254 boxes that have worked fine earlier today. One is attached to a donation.
The portal seems to load fine but when I select "all channels" the screen shows blank and
reads "found 0 recordings."

I have rebooted several times with no success. Is it just me?

it was reported that they are working in the serve and it's gonna be 24 hours before the fix it..

The techs are working on the IPTV problem but it may take 24 hours. Stop adjusting and troubleshooting your equipment.

well cant tell you if thats true my others boxes are working without a mac address
