It looks like no... It states this:

Please remember: The names of channels in your .m3u file must exactly match the channel's name on our site.

So unless this is the case it won't work

You need access to the m3u file.
If you have a provider who doesn't give you your personal m3u file, then you can't use it, unless they change their names to the names on that site.
If the names match by accident, you still can get the data, if you can add XML source to your Media Center.

nop papaio have customs names for many channels and i dont think it supports m3u files you would need to make your own xml and upload it locally
