Payment array when renewing service

Got a payment array message when renewing service. Checked credit card and payment had went though but no email. While checking my payments on my credit card noticed I got charged twice for last month's service by using two different payment options. Is there anyway I can get my 1 month that I lost added to my 3 month account I just purchased?
The problem I'm having now is linking my Mac to my donation number.

Logged in with route I had from last month's service and have 0 days and Mac is all zeros. Can't link Mac to route.

Can't log in saying I have to wait 24 hours before I can link my Mac # to route. Order number from last month
