not down, but it takes a long time to proceed past the opening page. It does eventually thou.

I made a payment and still didn't receive my code it's been about a hour it also gave me a error code after the payment I checked my bank account and it did deduct the money what should I do

When you were paying for it .....there was a order number generated above the creditcard info .........use that number with the e-mail you used and check status of the order,,,,,,,it may be there ..just not sent to your e-mail....I've had that happen to me ..........and got the code in seconds......An e-mail was sent a day later with same info.............
