Papiao refuses to accept my already paid donation WHY ??

On 29 July I sent a donation of $ 80 thr'o IKS for IPTV . I used the iptv forum page ,used the page where I was directed to pay.Checked on my account and saw it was paid to an iptv/IKS service I have just been informed that I have only paid to IKS not IPTV .Received a papiao tv user account with order number ,which servers for me and user and password number .Now they are replying SORRY "My donation is for IKS only ,don't have the included iptv".I understand from papiao's reply that I have either not paid or wrongly paid .Have sent them a copy of received tv papiao payment ,user account .Wish to be clarified on .Am really confused and cannot understand .Please help me

Papa.tv telling me I paid for IKS only as well. I made my purchase before the July 15th 2015 deadline as well. My payment should have covered IKS + IPTV and I had full service up until a few weeks ago too, this makes no sense..
