I'm just wondering if anyone knows why I'm getting this message, I've tried again with no results.

On a mag254 trying to connect to the IPTV private server, it's been fine the last few days.

I'm looking at the screen, it's says Internet Not Available in red on the right below that it reads Ethernet Enabled with an IP & MAC address.

But if you read this I have Internet access in my house.

As soon as I reboot it, the screen comes up giving me that info. I can't get to anything. I can't get into the area with the VOD or movies

It's the screen that says try again embedded portal, the server, then system settings.m

Hey CD, did you unplug power cord and wait about 30sec and then plug in back in? That worked for me

reboot should help and check internet and turn off box reboot router then turn box on
