Ordered a Discount Token and got an iptv Donation

Hello their friends, just need some help here.
i ordered a Discount Token valid for one year and instead I receive an iptv Donation
how can this be fix?

Because I also order 5 donations an a lifetime token, I received my donations but never my token.

Donations are saved as a credit. You have to activate from your panel.
