just click on your name and put in crazed 8.4 and send him message look at private message when you do that under Recipient Users: [BCC Recipients] remove your name and put his in and type what you want or if you see post by him just click his name

Check your Spam folder of your email program.
Many times the reply ends up there!

I can't log into my reseller account. I've also tried to reset my password (I'm pretty sure I have the right one though) because I am not receiving any email when I click "Forgot Password" link.
Is the system having an issue, or is it isolated to my account.

Help would be much appreciated.
