Order and route number to change mac address

I'm trying to change the MAC address but I need to put the order number and the route number. When I do that, there is this message: "Allow us 24-48 hours to process your order after purchase or check if your credit card was charged."

I renew since monday, and It was working yesterday.

Order number and route number is different if you only recieved order number you may have to wait for route number via email.Usually takes 24 to 48 hrs.

I received the order and route number when I purchase it one month ago, when I renew it monday, I didn't receive anything, but it was working and informed me that I had 30 days to use it. It's started to happend today.

When you renew it it just adds days to the same route number

has to be before 30 days and not pass 30 days to renew.Like 28 day or 29 day not on 30th same day

It was what I did. I renew it in the 29 day, not in the 30.

are you clicking "link a mac" or "mac checker" and not search order? because the message you posted in OP gives you that message.
if you still get a blank screen clicking the correct link try clear your browser cache, or use another browser.

I tried in "link a mac" and "rout checker", both sends the same 24/48 hours message in red.

What is odd to me, is that until yesterday, only needed to inform the route number to change the mac.

And i need to change it, because I can't watch the channels in any device.

Hey guys checked it out was able to change mac before but not now i have my route which was all that was needed a few days back but I don't have this order number What do I now it was hell of a time to get my route number from re seller from fleabay advise would be greatly appreciated

Just ask the reseller to give you your order number and pray. xD
