Not able to connect to IPTV since server upgrade ADMIN help

My donation # is valid (logged in and confirmed)
I've exhausted all options (Xstream, PVR stalker client and even zeroing out MAC and trying M3U playlist. NONE of these work. Can my donation # (or IP) be blacklisted? I have done everything except that.
I've literally not been able to connect since 5 days.

Same Boat Here, tho was working Lastnight, this morning getting Error 404 .m3u list & MAC with proper Mag wont work either.

Its Like a Desync between Payment and Auth Servers
