Hi all, new customer here. I tried paying using a Mastercard and neither of the two methods that accept Master will accept payment. It is an international card, so what next?
Ok asft..it finally worked yesterday but I suspect that the payment may have gone through twice. I will continue to monitor my card and if this is the case I would like to link one route to another box. Will let you know.
Thanks for you reply. Yes they are International cards. I just called the bank and they said they have nothing to do with approving it, it's supposed to be approved automatically. But they also said call the merchant to see if they can accept it.
Also I am a reseller. I made 3 purchases before with the same card just not working now and I am completely out of routes.
Hello, After not receiving anything to the email I used I checked the order on the IPTV66 site and found one route. I believe though that a second order went through inadvertently because the payment is showing up twice on my Master Card. I don't necessarily want a refund or anything but I would like to assign this route to another box. How do go about getting another route for a payment that was not apparently approved but went through anyway?
