No video or audio

Hi, I have have an IPTV MAG254, I just renewed my donation, it worked fine for 2 days... but now it's been 3 days of no audio or video. I'm able to browse through channels but no to access any of them, videos or you tube either. I checked my internet connection and it works fine. I'm missing the olympics, need help please... what can I do to resolve this issue?

If you're saying you can't get Youtube or other videos either, it sounds like a connectivity issue. Have you rebooted the MAG, router and modem? This will often address connectivity issues. It is the first line of offense when trouble shooting.
