No Server Setting Option

Just got TV Online ver.2 recently. Tried to set up server, but there is no "Server Setting" option under settings. Is there a firmware download that could remedy that ? Yes, I've tried the Update button, that does not work either.

Did that......nothing. Looks like there is no firmware support for AVOV either.
