no pic on mag 254

Just replaced my mag 254 (I was thinking it got fried in a storm) and got the new one in today...set it up...blue light steady...but no pic (TV says no signal)...I read the sticky about resetting but no go...any ideas? (BTW I tried another hdmi cord and another outlet)

no signal??? check make sure youre on the right input on the tv.. use the av cords that came with it, see if you can get a pic that way

correct input...tried the reset...gonna switch to the av cords and see what happens...thanks Darkside

the av does work....just not the hdmi...of course I would rather have the high def... using the hdmi cable not the av...any ideas?

make sure you are on the right input again, and check the the hdmi settings on the mag to make sure its correct for your tv
