no iptv

The box is wired have the new dol 1.08.03 rebooted box,reset iptv rebooted modem still no channels I get notice on screen cant play this video .....time and date are good ....same thing from two different donations maybe get one channel but after couple seconds i get the circle in the middle of tv then comes cant play this video any help would be appreciated....
