Hi really desperately require your help,
i set up a mag 254 in the U.K. Which worked fine all tv channels operational.
I then flew to Italy and set up the mag box, plug and play using a new IP. Method of broadband is a wifi dongle running through a TPLink Range extender and connecting mag box through a Ethernet cable. Mac is exactly the same, however I can't get the channels to stream, I just have a blue screen.
Can anyone please point me in the right direction.
do I need to factory reset my mag 254, do I need to clear user data (what does that do)?
or am i missing a very simple step ?
