I made a batch of Kim-Chee today. Got it fermenting now, but I did keep some aside for a fresh taste.
And all I can say is wow, I'll take both the vodka and the wine and on ICE right about now.
That stuff makes you sweat not even 5 seconds after you have a bite !
Might have to bury this batch in backyard for a couple months

SO I go up there and he has his head under the kitchen tap and is cussing something aweful.

This batch I made with oyster and fish sauce. It sure has a taste to it, makes you wanna have more, but then the heat sets in, and then makes you want even more, it's very strange phonamana... lol it's a viscous circle
hello gang,nice to be back and glad to see all of the people here ,been busy and getting closed to my final and man,feel sorry for not been around and test is fast approaching and to top it all today brother inlaw house burnt down they are lucky to make it alive.
