I feel your pain bro, my back does that when cold. My rods and screws must get cold and hurt.(spinal fusion)
Im a pill popper too. Not excessive, just as needed.

thanks captain ,I know what you go throw cause ,tylenol is my best friend take them like candy jajaj,that is how I avoid pain killers and so on ,but,enough talking about pain,Ill drink to health .cheers.
