yep farmer,good thing your helping him ,doing good is always ends up coming around if not to you to your children,but remember careful with the back,and beer after the job is done is better than before ,have done some of it when was young and maker sure you move the top with a straight board and as you move the moisture comes to top and will help setting and shine to top.

keep the board on edge.. that helps close the crete and the bull float follows with less effort. That means alot when it's hot out and the crete is getting away on yea :eek:
 
One aspect of my work is the gomaco curb and cutter extruder.
Here's the Gomaco I operate when need be. I usually just set it up and stand by to ensure it works as supposed to, but I do operate quite often too. More so then our actual operator.

This is not my first time pouring crete back in the 70-90 i did that as part of my living as a building contractor man I don't miss those days
but sure wish i was that young again
