right now we only get about 8 hours daylight and the ground is not frooze yet so we work. And we work fast to get things done.. Hire more guys now, temp guys

trhen the freeze sets in and no work for few months.. I still work thou, Shop time. I get things ready for next season.

it`s just me in the shop all winter, and the personal in the office. All the regular guys during the season are laid off. We can`t pour concrete at 20 below.. just doesn`t work so good.
The shop is my domain. It is very functional till guys get in there and unfunction it. They learned not to do that.
Winter for work up here from ground freeze to ground thow = 68 months

took Darren's new rifle out to the range today. Wind, fog and rain..ugh. I was pleased with the results but I think Darren was a lil disappointed. He just doesn't realize what a real tack driver he's got yet.
