Newbee : my MAG-250 going blank after 2 loading screen

Hi Guys!
I have purchase my MAG-250 4 days ago but I keep on getting black screen after 2 series loading pages (Please check the small YouTube video link which reproduces the problem).
I have the network cable well connected. When on, the green light is permanently on and the orange light is blinking (something even blinking fast). I am currently using for output an Elgato game HDMI tool to connect to my PC.

Anybody here understand this behavior? I have called the box's seller (an african TV provider). They told me that my box was properly loaded and I have no choice at the moment than to return it next week if I don't find any solution.

Could anyone explain what are the reasons of this behavior?

Try replacing the hdmi cable or run it direct to your tv could be hardware issue with elgato.

Thanks for your reply Bkman. I don't have a TV with me here but I will find out today and test it directly to the TV or get another HDMI cable. I will let you know what happened.

It worked when connecting directly to TV. I have contacted the Elgato Game capture support to explain what's going on. They said it might be some sort of HDCP encryption on the mag250 box.
