New User (Freezing)

I bought the mag 254 on Saturday - live channels freezing and is unwatchable for the most part - ( internet is 25 down and 10 up cable, the router is right next to the mag) I don't know what server provider we are using is there a way to find out does that matter

- we have tried changing the DNS 8.8.8.8
- updating firmware
- increasing buffering

Looking to fix this problem feeling like I should just go get a refund and I don't even think I can

we all know iptv have it's bad days when it freeze like hell no matter what internet speed you have.

Another forum is having a maitenance session today to try and fix the many hiccups plaguing the user, koodos for that, mine is living up to it frequent freezing habits with many channels not even coming on when you click on to it, i am really truly fedup
