usually means someone is using your mac...with an android or pc running stalker. Take a picture of your boxes sticker on bottom and a screenshot of your mac in device info and send to the provider along with your purchase info, that will clear it up..

This is the reason the provider wanted emu and stalker users to begin macs with 00:1a:78

did you use the mac address from the box oh and you need to add the 12 numbers to get in thats code numbers

send them a pic of the label on boxes bottom, the sticker w/mac and serial, your order info. all will be well. before you do that make sure you have entered all correctly, wouldn't be the first time someone made a mistake...

Yup sent the pics..yesterday..sent a pic of the label on the box and screen shot off TV.. Just updated just sent the purchase info also
