New GBoxQ, no image

Just got a Matricom GBox Q, unplugged my Mag254, plugged in the Q, no menu, no image, just dead on my 73' Mitsu
Wanna get Sports Devil for the NFL, any suggestions? A reset?

If you want to factory reset then follow this.
Take toothpick and turn off your box.
Put into AV hole and you will hear little click sound. Keep holding and turn on box. Keep holding until you see reset screen. Now release toothpick and reset and wipe out user data. After that reboot your box and you are good to go. Hope this will help. Kof

Tried it, on another tv that has a mag as well, no signal still! 2 tv's that have Mags runnin, plug this box in on both, no signal... Must be faulty. Got it on amazon

I get blue g light, but can't see it, tried to reset from the back like Kof said, no click, no signal, weird.

try rca cable on it could be setup for that wont get picture with hdmi

Thanks A, but this box only comes with hdmi port. I sent back the other one and rehooked my mag254, no problem, except the epg issues. Got a new QBox today, unplugged my mag and set this up exactly the same way, again, no image!! These boxes suck!!

Nothing, and this is the 2nd box, all I get is blue screen, no menu, no image! But then plug my mag254 in, get picture back....

By chance what power adapter are you using?
Make sure you use only the 5V adapter which came with the Q
