need some help

running kodi 16.1 on win7
stalker plus
I disable stalker, pvr stalker client, tv
I checked order id, route (both active)
went to the site and did a reset
reversed the procedure enabled all of the above but it stucked on loading channels for ever
anything I can do?

did you exit kodi before you did a iptv reset

Don't enable both PVR Stalker client and IPTV Stalker Plus at the same time.

Also, once in a while the channels load slowly or will not load at all. When that happens, disable TV and clear data in TV > General and then re-enable TV. This will usually kick start the loading of channels if everything is configured correctly.

turn on debug logging in System Settings.
After you experience the problem, shut down Kodi and go into your userdata directory.
There will be a text file kodi.log.
Go through to near the end and you should see a line with *** Error
This will give you a general idea as to what the problem is.
Post it if you cant figure it out.
