Need help with setup

I received my info from "IPTV". The info in the email isn't very clear, such as username and password. It appears that I should use the route number as both, but it shows error when I do.
So right now, the furthest I can go is log in, which I can not do.

And did you get a MAC address attached to this route at their service website ?
Unless you are going to be using a Playlist m3u file from iptv66, you will need this MAC attached.
There is a MAC address either on a stickier on the side or underside of the mag receiver.. or in the menus is the MAC as well

Sounds like your trying to login to the resellers account ............you have to the link mac address from the providers website
