Need help with parental control

Hello,
I just received a mag250 and I find it has a lot of flaws.
Can you tell me how to enter the parental code when a TV channel asks for it. It's been two days since I'm fighting.
Or how to stop the receiver from requesting this parental code ??
I am new and I ask for your help.

The default code should be 0000. Enter that by pressing the number keys. After entering then cursor down to Ok with the arrow keys and then confirm by pressing "OK" on remote. Check the "settings" on the box to change the code if you desire.

I do not think that there is an actual mouse function button on the mag remote.

But there is a button that is labeled KB and is the Keyboard button... and is where to enter the 4 zeros... or is it just the 0 on the remote 4 times... been awhile since I used the Mag box
I had been using a wireless mouse when using the Mag receiver. Makes things much easier
