Need help please to renew my subscription

I renew my subscription for extra 12 months and the payment was accepted and charged on my bank account but I didn't receive any email and I check my route status and still didn't add my 12 months...what happening last year I renew it and after few minutes i received my email but now nothing.....any help please Crazed2.0
