Some Daytona Track Records & Stats

Engine Rule at Daytona: the engine rule is a little different at Daytona 500 then the other 35 races, teams must run the same engine from Saturday's first practice session through the Budweiser Duel 150 mile qualifying races. If a team makes a change before the Duel, then it must start at the rear of the Duel 150 field and the Daytona 500 (as of 2015). After the Duel 150 races, teams can make an engine change before the Happy Hour practice session. After that, if an engine change is made, the driver will start at the rear of the Daytona 500.

Double Yellow Line at Daytona = do not pass: In order to emphasize the yellow-line rule at Daytona International Speedway and Talladega Superspeedway where passes are not permitted, NASCAR has made the single yellow line into a double-yellow line. The second yellow line was painted on the inside of the existing yellow line.

This is good :)
Makes it so the pics have to vary if yous want a chance at a diecast.
I see :)

Makes great sense dara and you musta had to think that out thoroughly to get here... nice job :)

Think hard on your pics guys ,to get a chance at a diecast win :)

picking before qualifying makes me nervous :p

Yea I bet :)
But you did the odds for the diecast and are in :)

it's the practices that tell the story thou, qualifying yes, but them practices really show how the drivers drive on any given track... foot into it and etc :)

You still can change your picks all the way up to "green flag", but then you would lose that first pick of the "trifecta"...tough choice, but the way things are going this season, it may be the right thing to do, even with a restrictor plate race. Just a hint going forward, our benefactor committed more diecasts, but the races will be ones that are not easy to pick, due to the risk of crash outs.

Quick ?'s if I may...?

In the Event that No One Picks the Winner of the Race as their Main Pick, will You choose the one who picked the Winner say as the second or third choice...? and If No One has the Winner in any of their picks will the Die Cast be in another Race...?

ps... You didn't leave a Open Post up above for the Starting Pole Position...! I know You are busy as We All have Lives outside of Telebision...! ;)
