yup.they change up the M&Ms scheme often.
The scheme for this weekend is not new, but has not been seen as much as other M&M schemes.
I think only in the Coca-cola 600 we see this particular scheme.


Here he is in same scheme and same 600 race but from a few years ago (with Danica in the picture).

The M&Ms Halloween scheme is prolly my favorite.
