My stb emulator not loading

Hey even one I'm having problems with my android box. After I install the stb emulator I did everything according to the thread and when I get to the login and password I enter my donation # the yellow bar starts loading but it never finished. It won't even past half of the bar. Can anybody tell me what I'm I doing wrong

you do have the send device id checked in the settings? and a serial number there too?

I did but it still not working can you tell me wich portal uri am I supposed to be using. I have iksrocket donation

11.iptvrocket.tv our emulators have that all coded already did you use ours?

Thank you all for your help I got it to work now. Thank you DARKS IDE I didn't have the device I'd checked.
